Professional Journey

I was born in 1976 in Rijeka. After graduating from the First Rijeka Croatian Gymnasium in Rijeka, I enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka, where I graduated in 2002, obtaining the title of Bachelor of Laws. After graduation, I started working as a trainee lawyer in Mali Lošinj on the island of Lošinj. I successfully passed the bar examination in 2005.

I have been running my own law office since 2006 in Mali Lošinj, on the island of Lošinj. I primarily practice civil law with an emphasis on property rights, land registry law, inheritance law, family law, contract law and administrative law. After many years of legal practice, I embraced the challenge of training as a mediator, and in 2025, following professional training and passing the examination, I was registered in the Mediator Registry of the Centre for Peaceful Dispute Resolution established by the Ministry of Justice and Administration of the Republic of Croatia.

I believe in thorough and persistent work, and a personal, dedicated and professional approach to each client. In pursuit of this goal, I continuously improve myself professionally and personally to acquire additional knowledge and skills. I am married and a mother of one daughter. I practice judo recreationally.

In 2018, Mrs. Maris Gazilj joined the office as a business secretary, providing me excellent administrative support through her responsible approach to work.
